            -The Deep, they were requesting the initial £100 with £60 of solicitors fees in top.
 Which is £10 more than they would be entitled to if this went to court and the judge found for them. Complain to the SRA, cause them as much grief as possible.

 copying in Miah and your local Reading Standards Officer. That should give them something to think about,
 If this is a residential car park, ask you brother the exact wording on his lease wrt parking, visitors' access, and rights of way.
