Premier park submitted POPLA evidence

Hi,

I just wanted to check if anyone has any advice, I have an appeal with POPLA for an overstay (which I think is incorrect) the company is premier park. They just submitted their "evidence" heavily redacted contract and just the things they have already sent me, photos of the signs (over 2 years old)

They didn't address the calibration of the machines or other things pointed out in my appeal.

My main question is it worth addressing this as a follow up with POPLA or do they normally ignore? It does say "Any comments that you make after this time may not be considered as part of the appeal process."

Not sure if they mean may not as in will not or might not. Is it worth following up?

yes it is , draft a rebuttal to their evidence pack and email popla with it , adding your popla reference etc such that they add it to your popla file , then after emailing them , RING popla and confirm the email has been found and your pdf or word doc has been ADDED to the case file

you only get a few days to do this

so you are commenting on the PPC evidence pack , not adding extra stuff in of your own

There is not much in their evidence to refute, but how does this sound:

I am wtiting to you with a follow up/comment on the Parking Operators evidence.

The parking operator did not address the points brought in the appeal and only sent along a copy of letters sent to the keeper and a heavily redacted contract with 2 year old photos of the alleged signage.

    1. The signs were not witnessed to be adequate and therefore a contract was not entered into.
    2. I allege that the ANPR cameras were not calibrated and may have picked up a visit to Sainsburys (in a different care park next door) and a visit to Pets at Home as a single stay.
Suffient evidence of ANPR caibration was not provided and 2 year old photos allegedly from the site do not constitute evidence of adequate signage.
