My car was driven into - Will my premiums go up because I reported with no claim ?

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of an ordeal with my car insurance and am worried about it
on saturday evening in london, I pulled into a space to let another car go down a narrow street with cars parked on both sides - the car drove through haphazardly and too quickly and scraped the side of my car, damaging both vehicles (very minor, a couple of paint scuffs, not worth claiming over) While in the space I was stationary, having stopped to let her through and having little room to go further into the space.
the woman jumped out of her car and started getting very energetic and irate, running around taking photos of everything (as did I and my passenger) we exchanged numbers and reg plates.
I had a 30 year old friend in the car with me, this other woman had 2 children, around 7 years old each if i had to guess, and the street was empty besides us.
while we were all taking photos random men appeared from the surrounding houses, who I can only assume were her friends as she seemed to know them all by first name - and who I assume was her boyfriend came out from down the street too, to which she started loudly proclaiming "they all saw what happened through their windows" (they hadn't even opened their mouths before she said this, and it seems odd they would see this happen and then wait 2 or 3 minutes before coming outside)
anyway she wouldn't accept responsibility, despite driving into me while i was still - so I rung my insurance company (perhaps naively i'm now thinking) to tell them what happened.
I relayed the above, said I didnt want to claim but wanted to report as not being my fault it incase she went after me - they said that my witness wouldn't be trusted as I knew her (didnt seem to make sense to lie) and that my no claims bonus wouldn't be affected as I wasn't claiming.
I'm now worried that A) my insurance will go up as a result of something that was catagorically not my fault (and I'm 22, so it's high enough already) or
that she's going to come forward and say that she doesn't know any of these men and claim they all saw what happened and don't know her.
have I done the correct thing here or should I have not bothered contacting the insurance company ?- I'm absolutely fuming as I'm a flawless driver and despite living in london need a car due to the nature of my work, which is freelance and all over the place, and my insurance has just started coming down from the hellish days of teenage insurance costs.
Am I going to be screwed over when I renew ? should I pursue a claim from her insurance as it seems obvious to me from the angle of the cars that I couldnt have driven into her (she's basically clipped my back bumper under the brake light cluster while the nose of my car was in a parking space and she was squeezing past)
To make it worse i've been contemplating getting a dash cam for months and kept putting it off.
am going to order one now.

You can find out if this incident affects your premium by doing dummy quotes online with and without the loss you reported in your history of claims and losses.
If you want to make a claim for damage to your own car then make a claim directly against the third-party insurer that their insured drove into your stationary car.0 -

You'd better order two, a forward facing dash cam (which is what I'd expect you will do with the first one) wouldn't have recorded a collision that impacted the rear of your car.0
