    scrape gently with a wallpaper stripper? that's what I use for cleaning up after baking etc if dough hardens on the work surface. Good for cleaning pizza stones too.

    Good old Star Drops!

    Add a splodge to a little bit of water, use a sponge to make it all "frothy" and leave on for about 10 minutes.

    That even cleans the burnt on grease in my grill and oven.

    So, Star Drops? Can't say I've heard of them but I shall have a look for them on my lunch break.
