That sounds like a plan. I will have a go at using all of my chutneys in some manner. Maybe some chicken skewers with the tomato and chilli chutney.

It'll be an Ulster fry here too Suki1964!! I've had a go at making wheaten bread but I cant seem to get the right flour but the potato bread has come out quite nicely!!

    Ha ha

I too can not make wheaten to save my life

Scones , not a problem but wheaten comes out like bricks

I've a pile of cold mash made today to be turned into fadge tomorrow. Can't be beaten with crispy bacon and an egg :)

And is a great cure ;)
  • Well W...rose ys came up trumps tonight. Got a massive wedge of stilton reduced from £4.99 to 99p and Cambozola from £3.99 to 59p. So I shall be bringing out the chutneys when my friend comes to stay!! might even have a little port leftover from Christmas......

also managed to get two partridge breasts for 89p! never had them before and no idea what to do with them but with power of google......

Hope you have all had a lovely day....
