How long does it take Aldi parking eye to send you a fine?

I shopped at Aldi on 1st Feb and am pretty sure I overstayed the 1.5 hrs, only by around 10mins

They are not allowed to send you a fine at all.
They have 14 days (day 1 is the day after the parking event) by which a PCN (Parking Charge Notice, an invoice ... a notice to keeper in this case) must be received by you. As the event was on 01/02/2017 then the PCN must arrive with you by 15/02/2017.
