Cashback Debit Cards?

Do cashback debit cards exist?
I've just had my £20.00 car tax renewal and they want £2.50 to pay by credit card, a charge of 12.5% for using a credit card.
Not worth it on my .5% Nationwide card.
They offer DD over 12 months but that will cost me £21.00 and I don't think Santander do cashback on road tax.
Then I got thinking, do cashback debit cards exist?
I've had a quick Google but not come up with anything.

Max £1.50 cashback a month though. Also £4 pm if you fulfil certain criteria
There's also a switching incentive at the moment:)
