UKPC disabled space charge - Scotland

Morning, folks!
I've read the sticky, which says "in Scotland and NI because a PPC has to know who was driving ", which still makes me nervous to ignore, since they may have cameras to identify the driver.
Question: is it legal and still the "best" advice to ignore?
Many thanks!
And before someone gets in a rage: the car was transporting my 78yr old mother, who is on a short visit to her grand-child, and who suffers from lymphoedema, osteo-arthritis and diabetes to name but a few. She walks with two sticks (extremely slowly) and does not drive, nor has ever held a licence in her own right. She wanted to visit a bookshop, something she hasn't done for a year (since her last visit).

UKPC will use a "bod" on the ground or an ANPR camera system , if there was a "bod" on the ground , why did he not mitigate loses by informing the driver , if ANPR cameras , they are for recording number plates not smiley faces , actually they do NOT record , they take a single still photo of the VRN plate
DO NOT bother writing or communicating with them , return if you get court papers in the next 5 yrs0 -
The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land.
UKPC are scammers who were caught doctoring time stamps on their photo' "evidence."
Parking scammers cannot identify the driver from a photo, and in any case will only be taking pics of the VRN, not faces.
There is nothing illegal about ignoring scammers as this is not a criminal situation. Neither is it unlawful to ignore scammers.
Yes it is still the best advice to ignore in Scotland. The NEWBIES thread is kept up to date, and if anything changes it will be updated in short order.
Do not contact the scammers ever.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
An ANPR system does not identify drivers. Just numberplates.
As you are in Scotland you are bullet-proof if this land was also in Scotland.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just come back off holiday with loads of holiday snaps, plenty of people in the background in some of them, how on earth would I find out who they are?
The folks on here know what they are talking about, don't deviate from their good advice and you will be fine, and don't take any notice of silly threats from dozy debt collectors, really it's as simple as that.0
