So you have had 4 phones that have all had the same fault, all as replacements for a phone you bought 4 years ago.
If the judge believes this has happened they will take off the value you have had for the phone and will also consider its worth now.
In essence you are claiming for a 4 year old phone that is worthless now after ee have been reasonable and swapped it numerous times.
Would be worth the time in court imo but may be wrong.
Working for another mobile retailer I think they have gone above and beyond.
The fact you use it for work is completely irellevant, right or wrong if it's affecting business just buy a new handset0 -
Thank you Steampowered for your input. You are/ were correct. Waamo - it didn't get to independent report but I am not sure how that works so can't comment, sorry. I did not need to go to court in the end as EE settled my full claim the day before the hearing. Thanks all for reading this.0
