I made an online purchase for some glasses to a company called Country Kit Ltd. countrykit dot co dot uk
Received an email confirmation of the transaction which has a unique ID.
This was on 23rd Jan.
I have tried to phone Country Kit several times (each time it goes through to an answerphone).
Tried sending an email through their feedback form and then got a delayed google response saying
"Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to help [AT] countrykit dot com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently."
And then a final email from Google
"Message not delivered
There was a problem delivering your message to help [AT] countrykit dot co dot uk. See the technical details below or try resending in a few minutes."
The reference from sagepay says
"If you have any questions regarding your order, delivery details or items purchased, please contact Country Kit Ltd directly via details on their website Country Kit Ltd.
This payment was processed by Sage Pay, a third-party payment service provider.If you have any questions regarding the online card payment system, contact Sage Pay at: support [AT] sagepay dot com"
I have not yet contacted Sagepay, but is this the way to go? Will they respond to this query?
My guess is Country Kit is having some troubles, and will probably not honour my order.

Have you tried their help email? help@countrykit.com
Their WHOIS information is "illegal" ... it's registered as a UK Individual so they can avoid listing their address. (Which seems pointless given they list an address on their website).
Their website also doesn't quote their company number, but this is probably an oversight. (Company number is 07852246).0 -
Ah, they have just left me a message. Lady said she had been in hospital and I should get the stuff by the end of the week.
