Unable tro withdraw funds from Tesco Internet Savers

I recently (within the last month) opened two Tesco Internet Savers for the purpose of setting up direct debits to these accounts to fulfill the requirements for receiving interest on some of my current accounts. The direct debits have paid out to the Internet Savers but I am unable to withdraw money from them. When attempting to transfer money from these accounts using online banking or the mobile app, I receive a message saying "We are unable to complete your transaction." I have 2 other Internet Savers that I opened a few months ago and I am able to withdraw from these with no problem. I was able to withdraw from them as soon as they were opened. I now have a total of 4 Internet Savers. Has anyone had any similar issues with making withdrawals from Internet Saver accounts?

Yes, happens to me every time I want to make a withdrawal, when I rang them they said it was due to 'security issues'.bluehydrangeas wrote: »I recently (within the last month) opened two Tesco Internet Savers for the purpose of setting up direct debits to these accounts to fulfill the requirements for receiving interest on some of my current accounts. Neither can you transfer from one account to another. The only way to resolve it is to phone them

Will it let you transfer from one account to the other, then withdraw from the account it lets you withdraw from? How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 3.24% of current retirement "pot" (as at end December 2025)0

I couldn't transfer out and when I rang I was told the accounts usually have a temporary block when set up but sometimes this block doesn't get automatically removedIt may sometimes seem like I can't spell, I can, I just can't type0
