Can I charge them an admin fee for supplying evidence?
I've had a Parking charge notice from CP Plus
I paid for the parking and have the receipt to prove it, but, the vehicle is registered to my business.
As it will take time and effort to retrieve the receipt from my files, copy it and send it to CP Plus, and the charge notice has been issued in error in my view, can I charge them an admin fee for supplying the information they require?
I thought £20 appropriate and in line with the sort of figure many business' charge. Also the parking charge in question is £15 and the charge notice £60 if paid quickly, up to £100 if not. The extra £45 /£85 over and above their loss under the terms of the "contract" is a lot more than my reasonable £20 don't you think?
Anybody have a view? Cheers

Not a chance. You can try, but expect disappointment. The only way to extract blood from a stone is to issue a MCOL and see it out through the county court. They would at the same time likely issue a counter-claim for the £100 parking charge.
Best advice is contained in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky and deal with this like any other PPC-generated PCN, but it will take the long run rather than anything swift - unless you can get the landowner to intervene. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

            Who's car park was it?
You may have some milage against the cat park owner, however if you paid for car parking and the ppc is in error then they had no just cause to access your data. This could bring the car park owner in as being at risk of a DPA beach claim as a result of the actions of their agents (CP Plus)From the Plain Language Commission:
