iphone6 plus purchased 18 mths ago from Car phone Warehouse
Mobile Network provided by EE for 2 years.
After 18 mths Product becomes faulty due to phone and inside contents 'bending'.
Under Consumer Protection Rights Act 2015, who is at fault and in breach of contract? Is it:
* Car phone Warehouse
* EE
* Phone Manufacturer - Apple
Any advice much appreciated. Regards

Your consumer rights are with the seller (so Carphone Warehouse).
However after 18 months they may well ask for a report to say the fault is inherent not down to wear and tear or misuse. Anecdotal evidence of other 'cases' of bending on the internet is not usually accepted as proof of a fault.0 -

Claiming it spontaneously bent is likely to be rejected, it takes some external force. Apple have never officially admitted this phone was prone to bending, although they did strengthen the case for the 6s Plus.0
