the OP mentioned POPLA , so its either BPA member and POPLA , or its not

to be fair , the OP mentioned a lot of stuff that isnt relevant and so may have overlooked that some of the "facts" he mentioned are incorrect

I didnt read it all due to the story not being relevant to any further stages except court

so now I dont know if he has a popla option , or not, but he did mention popla and so I took it as being that a popla option was next and was on the table

    quote
I now have to either pay £60 or go through POPLA.

Question is, is it worth appealing, ignore or pay? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. It's total parking solutions. I am going to complain to the hospital. Will the fact that i've already appealed affect the 'ignoring' step?

There is no ''ignore'' advice re POPLA stage; where did you read that rubbish? But do the complaint first, as you have 28 days to use the POPLA code and should be able to get this cancelled next week.

You should be complaining to PALS* - surprised this wasn't your first step TBH and astonished you are even considering paying. What is it with these fake PCNs that all common sense goes out the window and so few people think ''I will complain to the landowner'' until we tell them.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
