Hi, I have a flat roof above the bay windows in my house which is leaking into the bedroom. It is currently covered with lead (been up there years). What would be the best remedy to repair / replace roof?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Probably fibreglass.0

If you can get access to it there are some roof repair paints/compounds for an emergency repair. Depending on the size of the leak, it maybe that you then need to get a roofer in to fix but at least the temp repair will take the pressure off.0

I would recommend using acrypol fairly expensive but does a good job.0

I would recommend getting a few local reputable roofers to quote for repair and/or replacement and see what they say.0

Thank you all for your help. Spoke to a neighbour today who works for a property maintenance company to see if he knew of any reputable roofers. The problem is I don't know any roofers and wouldn't know if they were any good. He is getting back to me tomorrow. His comment was that lead should last such a long time and it is probably just a split in it and in need of a small repair. Hope so.0
