Best Place To Sell Car

I can't be bothered with tyre-kickers and time-wasters so I'm not going down the road of a private sale. I've tried a few local used car places but most haven't bothered getting back to me so it looks like I'm stuck with WBAC.
Its totally upto you but I do not believe there are many people on this forum or the UK that have the option to throw away £1000+ over a few timewasters.0 -

Lot depends if your time is worth that - if you are having to use up holiday time or unable to work because you are waiting in to see buyers / test drive etc then it might be better for you to use a buyer like WBAC - say a plumber who can't do 3-4 jobs and loses the business as she's in waiting for someone to come roundSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I work 8am to 6pm and do not work weekends, I have sold a few cars without any issues.
I am sure a plumber will be able to schedule a half an hour viewing or 3 around their schedule.
If you earn in excess of £150 an hour then WBAC will be a good solution for you.0 -
Got £9,200 from a local dealer which I accepted. Saves me paying two lots of tax and insurance and I've read too many horror stories about people being ripped off and having cars stolen.0

Always best to try local dealers first, and then there's the obvious online ones to try for indicative valuations and instant offers:
AutoTrader / WeBuy and Motorway.co.uk worked for me - I chose The Car Buying Group who I wouldn't have found otherwise. Compare compare compare
