Update:On Tuesday (after me emailing them every day) I sent a letter before action, so the ball is rolling as far as court is concerned. They did email on Monday, promising to dispatch the phone within '24-48hrs' but guess what, no phone as yet. They also emailed me saying they won’t dispatch until they have my old (and very lost) phone.
I'm not sure if they are totally incompetent or are actually trying to steal from me. Either way, I have had enough so court it is.
I don't understand how a company would rather drag this out, giving themselves a bad reputation when in the end, I will get my phone or the money. If it goes to court I will add fees, lost contract (sim) time and the original purchase cost of the phone.0
