accident exchange

Had a bit of a bump, my fault.
Swapped details and we both drove off, one of them.
Now I have accident exchange on the phone, every ten minutes or so, demanding my details otherwise they'll get the other party to report me to the police.
But they have all my details, hence they know my name and phone number etc.
I reported everything to my insurance company straight away.
I assume I have no need to talk to Accident Exchange given I have nothing to do with them?

They appear to be a claims company. Report them for cold calling.0

Presumably trying to manage the accident for the other party?
Other party texted to say her insurance company were trying to get hold of me, but the only calls I've had are from Accident Exchange, do I need to talk to them?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Did you give the other party your details eg personal details and insurance details?
I assume you were at fault in the accident0 -

Not if you don't want to. Refer them to your insurer and ask them to stop calling you.0 -
Best to deal in writing only rather than phone as you can the pass everything to your insurer0

Yes, and I called my insurance company less than an hour after it happened, they have the phone number for the other party, I'd hoped they'd sort it all out.
Should I dig out the policy number and text that to the other party?
Seems a bit odd that I should find myself being hounded by accident exchange?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Accident Exchange can easily get your insurance details themselves if they do a MID search.
You can tell them your policy number and insurer, to get them off your back if they're hounding you.0 -
By any chance is your vehicle covered by your MT policy?0
