Electrolux oven not working

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help. I have an Electrolux EOB5630X electric oven (PNC 944 182 598) which does not power on. The power light lights up, as does the clock/timer, but nothing else works. No fans, no light, no heat to oven or grill. The clock has been set, and no timer is enabled.
Reading posts on the internet seemed to point to the thermal cut-out, but I have replaced that and there is no difference. I've tested that there is continuity on the overheat protection thermostat (there is). Should there be continuity on the thermal cut-out? (There isn't, even on the new one). Anything else I can test?
