Is anyone aware of 2 types of buildings cover?
One is underwritten at source and probably more expensive and one underwritten at claim. I have searched the internet for this but can't find anything. Is it a trade secret?
Cant find anyting on MSE site. Even talking to AA they don't have a clue what i am going on about

    Most property insurance is underwritten at inception. Can't think of any underwritten at time of claim. What makes you think it exists?

    Its what my broker told me and why the comparison sights are cheaper as they underwrite at source. xcould be wrong
