Is anyone aware of 2 types of buildings cover?
One is underwritten at source and probably more expensive and one underwritten at claim. I have searched the internet for this but can't find anything. Is it a trade secret?

Most property insurance is underwritten at inception. Can't think of any underwritten at time of claim. What makes you think it exists?0 -
