Ticks and crosses not working

Not sure if its just me (or if this is in the right place) but none of my ticks or crosses are registering when trying to mark whether I've entered or not

Try refreshing the page if you leave it and go back.

Are you using an iPad? Happens to me more often than not, they show, then disappear when I go back to the page. I've discovered if I refresh the page each time before I open a comp or open a new tab, they stick. Worth a try.

Still making no difference, it means I keep reopening comps that I've already entered :-(

Ticks and crosses are working fine for me, but I seem to be getting asked for a captcha every time I try to post a new thread at the moment!


EDIT: It's just taken me half an hour to post four comps. It was suggesting that I fill in a captcha or, if I was on a home PC, run a virus check! The PCs here are heavily protected against viruses, and I've never had this warning before.

My ticks and crosses aren't working either now, even if I try refreshing the page before I press one. The only way it sticks is pressing the cross from the main forum page, but any ticks or crosses from an individual thread don't work. I'm using Chrome on an android tab but haven't had this problem before. Any other suggestions?
