Cheapest Good new sofa search

I need to find some sofa's for a house that we will be renting out. im not worried about the colour or look that much, its mainly the price. but it has to look decent enough no frily stuff on it. We have to get atleast 4 - 5 seats worth.

the cheapest and best looking i've found is this:

that will work out 4 seats at 140. if anyone has got these sofa's can you give me a review of them please.

if there are any better sofa's around that are better and value for money can someone holla back.

the only place to beat ikea prices will be freecycle. you sometimes get really nice free sofas off there.
where do you live? i can help you with a chap who does leather sofas cheap in the manchester/bolton area. he sometimes has shop/warehouse soiled ones. perfect for rented houses. (bit more than ikea though).

he once gave me a pair of cream leather sofas, (they had small paint splash on them), (he owed me a favour), and i sold them on ebay for 200 quid!

Ikea ones are very good, plus if you can't afford leather and go for the Klippan, you can change the covers.
