HELP!! How to manually read a british gas smart meter
HI, I am looking to switch supplier as my Collective Switch deal with British Gas is ending. My possible new supplier has said they can't connect to the smart meter but I can switch and just provide manual readings. I have no clue how to do this and can't find any instructions anywhere. Had the smart meter fitted earlier last year and it only has 2 buttons - Red one marked A and black one marked B. Anyone out there know what to do, don't want to stay with British Gas as my deal is going up by over £30 a month! Eternally grateful for any advice.
