Utility Warehouse - energy saving lightbulb offer

Be aware that if you accept their offer to have free low energy lightbulbs installed throughout your house you are then tied in to staying with Utility Warehouse for mobile, home phone and broadband for 4 years. Fine if you are happy to do that.
My gripe is that customers should be told this automatically when when booking the appointment.

I only found this out today when I phoned to book the appointment, and only in having a conversation about something else fortunately the 4 year' rule' cropped up.

I was told that the rep should have mentioned it when he called (frankly I cant remember that far back!) and 'it's on the website'. Yes it is, but you only find the t/cs if you drill down enough.
I cancelled the appointment and will install them myself.
