Do you know how she did it? Has she just graduated?

No, she didn't have a degree. She went there after leaving school at 18 after her A levels. I think her school suggested it and she applied through their website.

If I were you I'd check out their website to see what qualifications you would need and maybe complete them before applying. You've got nothing to lose and it would give you an idea of how far you can go with your current qualifications and experience.

Search Google for ISO audit companies. There are several covering the various ISO types including quality management. You need to research these companies and the links I gave you in my earlier posts. It's not easy because you need to find out if you have the necessary qualifications. If you don't, you will need to get them, and find a job to keep you going.

Absolutely do NOT go into any restaurant/bar/building/carer etc job.

It will not help you, complete opposite. Those will only damage your CV and prospects for the future.

Try for the lowest entry level jobs BUT within your own field.

No issue explaining a 2 year gap in employment as you needed to get your English up to standard.

Get a LinkedIn account, start connecting with recruiters - do temping BUT in your own field not manual jobs.

    All the best

I think you need to take a look at some specialist recruiters. I really can't see a problem with going for quality management jobs as this sort of role often seems to be required. Plenty of companies trumpet their ISO9001 standards and they will all need to be audited regularly to ensure that they comply.

Take a look at http://www.indeed.co.uk/Quality-Manager-jobs for starters...

Please don't take a job working with patients if your English isn't good. It's awful when patients can't communicate adequately with staff.
