Unable to Switch Energy Suppliers

I am with Scottish Power and applied for the Warm Home discount worth £140 under the broader group rebate scheme as I am on benefits and disabled. My fixed tariff ended om 31 January 2016 so I assume I revert to Standard Tariff however I cannot switch until the rebate is paid which can be anytime up to end of May 2017. Has anyone found a way round this or am I stuck in a waiting game? Thank you for any advice

Why not switch to another SP fixed tariff whilst you wait? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
