I have had Yahoo account for years, Since we moved home I have signed with Sky for phone and broadband.

Two days ago suddenly my Yahoo turned into Sky Yahoo this has happened twice since joining Sky.
I have forgotten my Yahoo password as I had to change it for security reasons, when I log in to my Yahoo account I type in my Yahoo email address, as I have forgotten my password I click on forgotten password and am supposed to get a verification password sent to my other email address, I have tried this many many times but no verification has arrived as yet. Spoke to Sky no help, went through Yahoo help site no help. What next????

If neither Sky nor Yahoo will help, you could check whether your browser has saved the password. [How you check depends on browser...] *

Otherwise you will probably need to set up a new Yahoo account.
Or an account with a better email provider!

What was the other email address? Checked the spam folder and spam settings?

If you said what browser you were using, we might be able to give an alternative method!

I am a knob, I had blocked Yahoo by mistake last week when I was bombarded with 200 junk emails. Yahoo is fine now I have unblocked it thanks.
