Can you buy it now and pay later?

I always pay immediately when buying a BIN item. I read in eBay community that you can actually buy a BIN item and pay later. That would be handy as sometimes I forget to go through TCB. How do you do this? Every time I click the BIN button, it takes me straight to the payment page to complete the transaction. My understanding is that if I do not complete the payment, the transaction would be aborted. Is this not correct?

This is actually a Paypal service. Google 'Paypal buy now pay later'.I always pay immediately when buying a BIN item. I read in eBay community that you can actually buy a BIN item and pay later. If you have your Bank account linked to Paypal, you can use Paypal's "pay after delivery", which takes the funds 2 weeks later0

"But now pay later from Paypal" is not what I meant here. Perhaps I misunderstood but I read comments from some sellers that buyer bought their BIN items but not paid. How could that happen? If you have your Bank account linked to Paypal, you can use Paypal's "pay after delivery", which takes the funds 2 weeks later0 -
I think it's when people add an item to their basket but don't pay straight away. I've had it a couple of times. Basically, I think it stops other potential customers being able to see the item but until they actually pay,you don't get the email from Paypal. I normally email them when this happens - say a few hours later, and remind them to pay so I can post it to them.0

Paying later by PayPal I doubt would entitle you to your cashback.
Not all sellers have the listing set so you have to pay immediately. However generally sellers would expect immediate payment.
You can download a thing for your browser that reminds you to go through TCB when you go to a website that offers cashback.0 -
You dont get to pick and choose, certain items will allow it and some wont.
Buy your item, if its says pay later then its a winner if not you pay now.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
How can you tell if someone has added your item into their basket? And does "Adding to basket" actually stop other people from being able to buy it? I had a couple of occasions that even after I have clicked Buy it Now, the item became unavailable in the process of my logging onto Paypal...lingolady21 wrote: »I think it's when people add an item to their basket but don't pay straight away. I have never been offered an option of not paying now. It always takes me straight to payment page...forgotmyname wrote: »You dont get to pick and choose, certain items will allow it and some wont.

Your not buying the right stuff then. I have had the option popup several times.
Depends what you buy and how much you buy.
Buy enough and you will come across it eventually.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
