Late cruise booking?

I want to go on a Fred Olsen cruise in October but due to health problems I might not be able to go.

However these should be solved by September but can't get cancelling travel insurance because of this.

Can you book a Fred Olsen cruise a week before the cruise?

Has anyone done this?

Fred Olsen because the ship departs 35 minute drive from my home.
over 73 but not over the hill.

you should be able to book right up until there are no cabins left to sell......depends how popular it is as to when you will no longer be able to book

Yes, if there are any cabins left! In which case they might be selling them off cheap, it just depends on the popularity of both departure port and destinations.

I would contact a cruise specialist travel agent nearer the time to ask them to keep you informed. (My choice would be 1. Ocean World Travel - small extra discount & Readers Offers Ltd- very small discount!- these discounts are in addition to anything offered by cruise line.)

You will need full insurance for the cruise- that's a requirement of FOCL
