Sandwell bus lane - pcn issued

This forum has helped me in the past in my dealings with parking eye which resulted in the cancellation of 2 of my PCNs. Very grateful to everyone who puts in their time to provide useful advice. So I'm turning to you again.. I received two letters - PCNs for driving in the bus lane in West Bromwich. This was the first time I was driving there and following the satnav so didn't pay attention to any signs (if there were any) that indicated it was a bus lane. Apparently it is a new change to that road, no wonder the satnav made us go on it twice. First we went that way to go into Tesco and then out. So got issued 2 PCNs within 2 hours. Any chance we can challenge them to get them cancelled?

Don't register with a hotmail email and don't post without pics. They are the Bus Lane appeal experts and most can be appealed and won, even if you manage merely to get one cancelled (possibly both if it's a newly/badly signed cash cow!). Pepipoo will know.
