Given your situation I would recommend you call someone like National Debt Line - James has the link to Martins Debt Help Guide and it contains all the links you need.
Don't call a debt help company - use the free charities and remember these people have no intention of judging you!
As James has said, you can be anonymous to start off with so even if you only call for a bit just to get your courage up it will be a step in the right direction. If you are a vulnerable person due to depression then it's possible I believe to get all your communication set up to go through someone at the charities.
Let them help you even if it's only to offer you support.DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

In terms of what to expect. Generally we like to start off by asking some questions about your circumstances and the debts that you owe so that we can see the whole picture and advise you holistically.
Ideally we’d go through a SOA (income and expenditure) with you as the amount of money you have available for debt payments helps to narrow down which options are suitable for you. We’ll then discuss which options are possibilities and discuss the pros and cons of each. If necessary we can refer you to other organisations too, for example, we work with Stepchange to set up free DMPs as they also have a good, non-judgemental attitude.
