dry them more with or without cloves and use as pomanders or as slices

Use them for marmalade but add half a pint of orange juice per 1lb or 400g fruit (look on the bag lablel as the fruit will be lighter if it is dry)

Ive got some clementines that are going abit wrinkly but I dont really fancy them at the mo. Anybody got any good suggestions for what to do with dinky oranges??:)0

Peel them. Separate them into segments. Remove that membrane from them, Macerate them. Add other fresh fruits cut up into bits and serve as fruit-salad. I wonder if they're any good juiced?
I'm off to find out if there's a nifty recipe for using them up......0 -
