Best and worst energy companies
Some interesting results in the Which 2016 survey.
Ovo gets the best rating for the second year running with a score of 78%.
The best of the big 6 is EON with a score of 57%.
I used to think price was everything but I am now prepared to pay a little more for a company that provides good customer service as well as a competitive price.

Reader's surveys are open to vested interests.
For years a company that must not be mentioned(it has its own thread) was always top of the WHICH survey - in all sections. This included 'Value' when the company always had just about the highest tariffs on the market. Nothing to do with the 30,000 salesmen all earning commission;)0 -
Reading various posts on here it seems that Which although still independent has lost it's reputation and should not be trusted.0

In 13 years I've never contacted any utility company, switch every year and go with the cheapest, why wouldn't you? keep things simple and cheap.0
