I saw Drew ??? of Salvage Hunters buy one of these the other day.
03 £8k (and it was an estate...mmmm)
Cant find ANY on ebay, auto trader, etc, only the modern R8. Are they that rare ?/ Any pointers please

    I don't think there was an RS8 in 2003, only the S8.

    You do realise that these programmes are made up?

    Like when Mike Brewer can always manage to buy those bargain fixer-uppers at just the right sort of money with the simplest of faults for Ed to fix...
    I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

    (except air quality and Medical Science ;))

    Yeah he only does simple stuff.

    The Datsun from auto to manual was a quick fix.

    Mind you the Porsche targa that had a new gearbox, the BMW 635 and I forget the other car all appeared on eBay at the same time. Which was after they were allegedly sold on tv.

    Only RS estate in '03 would of been RS6.

    Look out for the "top tip" and the inevitable "Achilles Heal" of these cars !

    Nor has there ever been an A8 estate.

    It would be an RS6 ( = A6 base, 5-series/E-class size/rival, whereas A8 = 7-series/S-class)

    There are 113 RS6 Avants (Avant = estate) and 13 RS6 on Autotrader atm, starting from £7k.

    It def said v8 it was 03 it was estate. So what was it . Rs6. What is the 6? Cyl ? Confused

    An RS6 is a fast A6, hence the 6.

    6 as in A6 body. It's got a V8 engine.

    Audi Avant RS6 4.2 litre V8 03 plate can be had for £8-10K

    they also do an RS4 and RS4 avant but i am sure it is the RS6 Avant that Drew pritchard has
