I had a feeling my contract with Vodafone was up for renewal this month. I received an upgrade via a call from Vodafone in Feb 2015 on way to hospital .
I tried to log onto the my Vodfone app to find out . I gave pin no. and answer to verification question . No good .
Eventually , I did live chat . Apparently my tariff expired today. With a bit of to ing and fro ing I was trying to find out why I wasn't advised of the date . Also , what could Vodafone do to keep me.
Then the screen froze !

So I went to live chat again . I now find .. upgrade in may and end of contract in July !
This 2nd adviser seemed careless and couldn't be bothered .
When I am asked feedback then it's zero all the way.
A few months ago I asked for a sim only deal. If I put that sim in then my phone would've had a new phone no. So I had to cancel . That was painful at best .
If I can keep mobile no. and change to another company going sim only , then that seems like the best way forward .
Roll on July

Check your credit profile on noddle. Mobile operators love to place defaults on mobile accounts and they dont tell you,,crooks.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
  • They can't extend your contract without your consent, if your contract has lapsed, then you should be able to end it without being penalised.
