Hi all, I am a carer for my son and receive carers allowance which is a taxable social security benefit. When applying for car insurance what should I put for employment status to get the best price? Thanks.

What other income do you have? Carers allowance is onyl £62 or so what tops that up? partner working?
If they have the option then put carer if not it depends on your other icome.
My insurer said if i was claiming JSA then i was unemployed. But i didnt have the carers option.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
