• 1 x 1-3 hour Meet and Greet with a Sainsbury’s 2017 Active Kids Ambassadors (either Daniel Sturridge or Ellie Simmonds) at their nominated school or club.

9. The winner does not need to have registered their school or club to the Active Kids Scheme for 2017 as this can be arranged for them post wining. The vouchers cannot be swapped for monetary value, and the Active Kid’s Vouchers cannot be swapped for Sainsbury’s Vouchers.

Active Kids Ambassador Meet and Greet:
10. The school/club will be contacted to discuss suitable dates and to confirm the session time, duration and format. The ambassador meet and greet is subject to the availability of the Sainsbury’s Ambassador.
11. The Meet and Greet may be cancelled at short notice due to a last minute schedule change for the ambassador, but the Ambassador will offer an alternative date. The Meet and Greet must take place before 31st December 2017.
12. 2017 Active Kids Ambassadors include Daniel Sturridge and Ellie Simmonds. We regret the winner or school/club is unable to choose their preferred Ambassador.
13. The winner's school/club must have an associated venue where they can host the Meet and Greet, and facilitate the event for the school at their own expense.
14. The winner’s school/club must complete their own risk assessments and satisfy themselves that appropriate insurance arrangements are in place.
15. The school/ club will not receive funding to host the event.

Further terms for redemption of the Sainsbury’s Active Kids points:
1. Active Kids points will be transferred into the Sainsbury’s Active Kids account owned by the school or club nominated by the winners of the competition. Points must be redeemed in accordance with the scheme terms.
2. Points are non-transferrable.
3. The nominated school, club or organization will be responsible for deciding how the Sainsbury’s Active Kids Points are spent.
4. If the school or club does not currently have an active kids account Global will assist in creating an account for qualifying schools, Scout, Guides or accredited clubs.

Terms & Conditions for the Sainsbury’s vouchers:
6. Sainsbury’s gift cards can only be used at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd as part or full payment for goods. They cannot be redeemed at sainsburys.co.uk.
7. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for Sainsbury's Bank products, services, credit card balances and concession products. For a list of concession products please see excluded products.
8. The initial and subsequent balances can be checked, or additional funds loaded up to £750, at checkouts in-store. The card balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
9. Treat the card as cash. If a card is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending your balance and issue you with a new card, but we cannot refund any balance spent on a stolen card.
10. Sainsbury’s is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card, and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time.
