Asda Newquay PE ticket

The driver parked longer than the permitted time in this car park.
After receiving a NTC in the post, the registered keeper appealed to PE using the template appeal in the newbies thread.
The Appeal was rejected and a POPLA code was received.
This car park was , until recently , run by Smart Parking, I do not know when PE took over but it is now a free for 1 and 1/2 hour ANPR car park.
The registered keeper will now be producing a POPLA appeal. I will run a draft copy of the appeal by you before it is submitted if that is ok with you?

And was the PE PCN a 'POFA' keeper liability version received by day 14 or a better version (as shown in a linked photo in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread) with a blank space at the bottom?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The PE PCN was a POFA keeper version received by day 14.
The driver has no receipts and has not yet contacted Asda.0 -
No receipts from ANY Asda in the UK, any weeks, from ANY family member (you only need to show patronage of Asda even if that receipt was thrown away). Complain to Asda, if not local, email their Head Office and say how horrified your family are.
Try to get this cancelled before POPLA is tried (and include grace periods in the POPLA appeal if it has to be attempted).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The driver was rather foolish, overstayed a long time. Lot longer than the 1 +1/2 hours given.0
