No Central Heating in one room

Hi

Just wondering if anyone new rough costs of extending a central heating system? We have just moved into a house and the third bedroom has no radiator. It's a smallish room but we could do with some heating. The house is a Victorian Terrace, double glazed throughout.

Any ideas from anyone who has had a similar problem would be great. Many thanks

As long as someone can get the carpets up and pull a few floorboards up (ie not so rammed with furniture you can't move) then I'd say a days work for a plumber, a bit of copper, a new radiator and some inhibitor. Guesswork price about £250 in Cheshire.

As my third bedroom is on the second floor, I went for the electric oil filled radiator instead. Much less hassle in the short term.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

But 3 times the running cost in the long term.
