I think I have miffed the first agent as I have said I'm not happy we have had no viewings and that agent 2 wants my business.

Agent 1 may seem miffed. EA's are much thicker skinned than that though, it's all business at the end of the day.

What's to stop agent 2 listing my house and then selling dream house to someone else when he can't sell mine though?

    Nothing

Nothing. When selling the house you're interested in, they're acting on behalf of the vendor of that house.

I'd be tempted to tell agent 2 you like their suggestion, but given their negotiation skills, you'd prefer them to approach agent 1. If they do phone agent 1, the look on agent 2's face will be priceless when they get told to go *%£k themselves.

Sorry, but more than one agent says one thing to me - you're desperate!

Lower the price. If you're feeling brave post a link for a full and frank appraisal of your ad!
