Which credit card companies base the application on household income?

As a housewife looking after our children I find it very difficult to apply for a credit card when I earn no income.
Does anyone know of any UK credit card companies which base the application on "household" income?
Thank you.

How would you pay back a credit card when you have no income? Would it not be better to have your partner apply for a card and you be a joint cardholder?0

Clearly not as the main issue (in fact I suspect that benefits paid to you can simply be included as income anyway, although it's a very long time since I last applied for a card so this could be wrong or have changed since then). She is asking about card issuers who will take both her husband's and her own income into account.0
