Hi, purchased this item from Curry's last Saturday, there is a problem with the remote control - it will only input to the 'Box' when less than a metre away!! Have changed the batteries with no improvement. Is this a common problem? Yes I can exchange! but will the exchange box work!

I've got 2 Now Tv boxes (not the Smartbox) and have no problems operating them from much further away than that.
I would exchange asap.0
