Hotel minatures

a couple of different reasons really - I wanted to make some mini stocking fillers for xmas and thought they would be ideal! I also think they look really sweet!

I use to have millions of Conrad Hilton soaps/shower gels etc.. i stayed there 3 nights a week for about 3 months so I build up a fair collection!

Chucked them out when I moved house.. never thought of ebay-ing them though

Also fab for when you go camping. My friends who stay in hotels with work collect them for me (along with the sachets of tea and coffee). Cuts down on the baggage when you go camping.

Hmmm, this is a good idea. I'm a flight attendant and never thought about putting them on ebay before. OP, I'm off work sick at the moment, but should be back at work next month. PM me and remind me to pick a few up for you.

you can buy them from superdrug, if that helps

Boots also sells quite an extensive range of small 'travel' toiletries. I often stock up on a few when traveling, keep the little bottles when they are empty and refill them with your usual lotions, shampoos etc and you'r ready for your next trip :-)

what about the freebies board , ive got loads of shower gel /moisturiser and make up samples from there.

With all the traveling I have done in the past, I have not had to buy bars of soap or shower gel for the past year!

Does anyone know why we tend to have the tendancies to feel compelled that we just MUST take all the Soaps, shower stuff, even tea bags and coffee??

I mean, i don't even drink coffee, but I have soo much of it from staying in htels etc etc!!!

I have a bag full of hotel mini's which I use when I have guests, they get a towel and flannell, along with a matching set of showering products too!!!

We don't all have that tendency! I only ever take stuff from hotels that I will use! i've seen someone be stopped for stealing hotel towels before & would never chance the humiliation!
