Current accounts, inasmuch as they were already not especially profitable, are much less profitable now that cross-selling doesn't really work as well and interest rates are incredibly low.

That and it's expensive for Halifax as a marketing expense when they've realistically probably gained as many customers as they can through these incentives.

Ah yes, he still can but it will have to buy cheaper trainers as he will only get £75, and not £100,

I think he should speak to Scooby and get some cash back when buying his takeaway pizza after drinking at Bedrock Arms :-)
