Hello
I purchased a car from stoneacre and the key was worn so sometimes struggles to turn, I told them and they said a new one would be done. I didn't hear anything so emailed them twice and again heard nothing and I forgot all about it. The warranty ran out in November 20-6 and today I've struggled to start the car 3 times. Do I have any chance of getting stoneacre to sort nee key out as it was an issue from the start ?
Gutted I forgot about it and didn't chase them up.
Thanks

The time to get things sorted is before they (or anyone come to that) has your hard earned in their pocket, because the second they have your money you are a nuisance and preventing them from trousering the next victims dosh.
Pester them, in writing and by phone if you get free calls and keep pestering them every day for as long as it takes, hopefully you can remember the name of the sales bod who promised but didn't deliver but the rate some of these finance houses get through staff don't be surprised if agent X has long gone, the plan being they'll get so fed up of you they actually get the key sorted.
They won't want to as there is now nothing in it for whoever gets the job, but you never know they might turn up trumps.0
