ClearScore anomolies

Options
Hello
Perhaps it is just me but I find ClearScore, although linked to Equifax, has many errors.

ClearScore says I am not on the electoral roll, whereas Equifax (and the other CRAs) show that I am.

ClearScore also has omitted several accounts which Equifax detail.

I thought this was supposed to be an accurate reflection of your Equifax report and therefore is misleading.

I recently registered with Clearscore and have noticed a few anomalies but as it's been less than a month, I'm assuming some aspects of the report will need to catch up.

I know people say it means nothing but it's already made me aware of a couple of things I had no idea about.

Equifax can provide up to date information if it is supplied to them whenever you order your report. Clearscore will only update once per month.

Always check the adress used when you registered with clearscore matches that on your Equifax report I had a similar issue with electoral role not showing.
  • I have had the same, Clearscore have me down as known by a completely different name. Checked with all 3 credit agencies to make sure they were correct in detail (which they were) but have still flagged this up with Clearscore as being completely wrong.
    Waiting to hear back

    Hi

These differences have been the same since I registered several months ago.

As I order a £2 report every few months directly from the CRAs I am not that worried as obviously these are organisation that the refer to, However, I feel that anyone trusting ClearScore to prove an accurate picture should be wary.
