Prepaid taxi never showed, refund not given

Hi all,
I was promised a refund by Connectheathrowtransfers (an airport taxi transfer service) for a prepaid taxi that I booked through a site called motto lines dot co dot uk and never showed in July 2016
I have been chasing this refund for 6 months by phone and email, they say they will pay but never do. I have probably emailed and called them more than 15 times. I booked the journey through this site and the amount owed is around 50 pounds.
How can I put more pressure on them to refund me?
Any advice on scare tactics would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Richard

Small claims court. But warn them in writing first giving them a reasonable amount of time to settle. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

What was the exact date?
Iirc you have 180 days to raise a PayPal dispute, are you within that?0 -
I believe OP will be outwith 180 days as we're now in feb which means even if it was the 31st july, its 185 days.
You (OP) can also complain to the local authority of the area the taxi company operates in or send the taxi company a letter before action. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
