replacing extractor fan in downstairs loo

The extractor fan in my down stairs loo has given up the ghost.
It comes on when the light switch is pulled. I have looked on screwfix as they are the easiest and closest to get to.
I assume I get something like this and just change them over. And thats it an easy job.

At least get one with a timer on it.
Size is important, but I would look at the wiring connections too0
