Sky HD Problem?

I got a problem with my Sky HD, I've had for 2 months and it's won't record anything! and picture is fizzy at times...

Is this box covered by Sky, as haven't had it long? :confused:

  • If you got it from new and from Sky and only had it for two months, contact Sky it's still under guarantee. They will probably get you to so some maintenance on it while speaking to them before sending an engineer out. (not scary honest).

    Otherwise they charge (well did) £69 a call out

  • When I got my new SkyHD box from Sky the guarantee was for the normal 12 months. Luckily, mine decided to throw a wobbly after 11 months, they sorted it out no problem.
