N-Power Con

Hi All, I'm looking for everyone who are having problems with N-Power. I haven't had a consistent bill from them for years as they kept re-issuing bills, however their system cannot tke into account payments made already stated on a previous bill, therefore when a bill is wrong and they re-issue it that bill is also wrong as the credits/usage charge/what you've paid etc is all incorrectly calculated. Their systems do not and cannot allow them to rectify this. They can only issue a statement read out which is useful for toilet paper only. I have yet again received a bill that states £344.69 Credit from previous bill - You've Paid £384.00 - Total Cost of Energy Used £580.87 - Refund to be added to the Amount left to pay £184.69 = £36.87 left to pay. However, they cannot explain to me where the £184.69 left to pay has materialised from plus in the time period I actually paid £544 not £384.00!!!

I have gone all the way back to 15th January 2015 from there I was £138.81 in credit - To date I have used £2376.94 of Energy - I have paid £2138.00 - I also should have received and is stated on one of the bills a refund of £235.95 courtesy of OFGEM due to N-Power's previous shambles over bills - In total this should leave me £135.82 in credit!!!!

Of course, I will be going back to them to get this corrected. However, I wanted to hear if anyone else was also experiencing this shambolic companies billing and to make you aware of what I have experienced as you may be unaware that you too could be a victim of this complete scam and actually be in credit when they say you are in debit.
